Can any kind soul teach me how to do a Forwardbend without having to curve my back?!
I'm getting pissed off with my dismal and lacklustre performance in yoga cos..I'm not at all very flexible & my thigh muscles aren't giving me a perfect boost, they hurt like shit. I must train train train hard. My mom should have had tied me to a chair for constantly running away from ballet classes. Mommy why didnt you....
